First and foremost, I want to say, "Thank You!" to all of our loyal customers.  We wouldn't be here without you.  This season has gotten off to a somewhat rocky start.  With the economic climate of uncertainty hanging over us, its sometimes hard to plan and predict how things are going to go.  Unfortunately, I missed the boat this past month.  Sales greatly exceeded our expectations, not only in quantity, but also in product mix.  Because of this, we have been slower than usual in shipping items.  To bring us back up to our standard of shipping within a day of receiving orders, I have doubled our warehouse staff.  Working together we are bringing our stock levels back to where they need to be to service our customers as they expect.  This might be a risky move right now, but its what I need to do to continue our history of excellent customer service.
